I read the recent threads about home businesses, and understand and agree with what was said. I just purchased a home built, state approved concession trailer (grill, burners, freezer, 'fridge, microwave). My wife and I want to start by offering burgers, candy, canned pop, etc. at local auctions, horse/cattle functions. In regards to working out of the home, does keeping inventory and supplies at home put us in a position of liability, since the food is prepared "on-site"?
