Don't know if the lobster was cat food, but Foster wouldn't eat it.
It was mediocre at best, but luckily the event was a small family wedding and everyone seemed to know the story behind the lobster and noone blamed me.
Otherwise it went OK.
I did make a customer sign a waiver once when I was preparing quail that her husband shot and had cleaned. I, of course, went over each quail individually and still bit right into a piece of shot when I was taste-testing it. Decided I couldn't be responsible for the guests' broken teeth.
I think I'm through with this, though. It's just too stressful.
