Hi,
I'm wanting to start my own catering business. I have worked as a cook in several rest. and am a excellant cook and baker. Could any of you out there give me any advice. I am still ignorant to the legal and business side of things. I also would love to know of any books or other source of info. that would helpme stay up to date on styles and proper techniques.
