I will be catering a wedding reception (buffet-style dinner) for 150-175 people. The meats will be cooked and served by someone else. I am looking for ideas to accompany Baron of Beef and Roast Pork. Also, any ideas on how to adapt recipes to serve a group this large would be greatly appreciated!
