Sounds good, but how many people can you serve. most of my banquets for
say 700, i will need to heat 50 full size pans of food of which 30 pans
are for the vegetables......
Food science knowledge is what I am trying to gain...... The tricks to
make potatoes hold longer, green veggies etc.....
