Keeping foods hot without Cambros

How do you handle huge numbers of pans of food... I only have so many cambros and holding cabinent,
do any of you have any tricks? I heard one caterer used the styrofoam boxes used to store cadavers(dead people)
They said full size pans fit perfectly.... hmmm...any OTHER ideas?

by the way, i know i could buy more cambros but for the few events i do that require having more... so i dont see the
value...
