Regs vary by state , but most follow this rule.
If the customer can pick up the product from a shelf it must carry a label listing date, place and name of mfger and ingredients.
Probably the nutritional value too, most of which you can copy from someone elses label.
Labels are cheap, silver ovals are about $70 per 2000.
Plain paper labels are cheaper or you can print them yourself.
Supplying wholesale you'll need all sorts of licenses, not possible from home unless you get in touch with small buyers who'll play along.
We started our bakery like that.
We established personal relationships with small businesses who were as sick of the regulations as we were.
