The catering job was at retail prices, I offered them wholesale discount and would have made less but would have been owed nothing.
The point is they wouldn't do it so I walked away from it.
I recall they were paying $15-18 PP and not for full course meals.
Bread, quiche (or similar) salad and dessert. I could easily make money at $10 pp.
It was a drop-off job, they have all their own tablewares.
It sounded too good to be true, t'was.
