of about 45,000 people and growing. Some companies pay me when I drop off a lunch, others take a couple of weeks. Any other type of job I always get 50% down and the balance due the night of the event. I'd never bill anyone for a party. I want full payment the night of the event. I really wish I knew enough to open up a small tea/luncheon room for ladies, not be open at all on sat. or sunday and have a very flexible menu so I can try all my recipes. Guess I don't have the foggies how to do it though. I love to cook and have a hospitality management background (never finished-got transferred with husband) so started my own catering business. But that would be my dream.
