What is your specialty???

I prepare all kinds of food, europian, eastern, western, world wide. Traditional dishes and sometimes I mix them around a bit. I believe it's called confusion cuisine. Something I believe has gotten a little out of control. These dishes have so many different flavors, you don't know what the hell you are supposed to be eating. I try to keep it simple , real and very flavorful. Of course as you know with the corp. office desisions on menu items, this isn't always possible, but life goes on outside of this crazy industry and that's what keeps me sane.
