its got nothing to do with temperature,
for those of us who live in kitchens there is no stress, people who come into the food biz with a romantic idea usually wash out in short order. The most hilarious chef I saw threw plates at the wall, he didn't like to keep it inside.
So whats the money like in archeology?, big bucks right?
I don't think I'm underpaid and overworked at 7 days a week, I think everyone else is lazy slob and overpaid to boot.
