I think its english toffee, I've had one or two but can't remember exactly.
They coat with almost milk choc and run under a blower to ripple the top.
Theres a few of those types, heathbar is very similar, one of the two (or both) contain sliced almond bits.
Very easy to make. sugar, cream and butter ,salt .
