I am opening a restaurant in the southern end of the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. I need a person with at least 2 years experience as exec. chef or sous chef. The restaurant will seat 60 inside and 30 outside. Ownership will be proffered as part of the compersation package. I look to duplicate this restaurant in neighboring communities as success permits.
