I am currently using a Vulcan Ring Top Range (not a real flat-top) and it is just fine if you like that kind of energy consuming and "keep-the-kitchen-hot" type of armament. It is strong like a Sherman Tank but something you can turn on and off, responds quickly, cools down quickly and the such is my personal preference; gas, electric or electromagnetic.
