I'm the pastry chef at a restaurant called Bistro Bistro in Arlington,Va.right outside WDC.I live on Capitol Hill and am the divorced mother of two children. I am often too tired to respond to this site very often but I enjoy reading other messagesIt is nice not having to explain the nuances of the food world.I feel very affectionate towards these people in the same culinary boat[liferaft?] I wonder...........Is Gerard's keyboard covered with flour...........Does he have peons doing his work while he sits at the computer...........Does Matt mind working at night..........Does he have trouble sleeping during the day as I used to...........What is Kate's restaurant like....Will Amy go to cooking school.??
