While interviewing chefs for a about to open restaurant in NYC, we came across a guy named Sam Goldman. While we had no iterest in him he felt the need to tell us our concept(which is pretty straight forward) is a recipe for failure. He was knowledgable but told us if we don't take his advice we'll be another statistic. Even though we don't want his opinion, he won't leave us alone. It's obvious he has some strange agenda. He told us he is well known in the biz. anybody know his story?
