Howdy:
Are there any other Chefs out there that enjoy collecting these types of things? I am actively looking for any material pertaining to 18th century to 20th century French cookery. I am interested in Chefs such as Careme Soyer, Gouffe, Dubois, Escoffier, Ali-bab, F. Point, Diat, G. Blanc, R. Blanc, Joel Robuchon, etc. I am particularily looking for menus or manuscripts of Escoffier. I already own a number of books and am completely addicted to books.
