fusion has devolved into confusion cuisine in many attemps, I read a review of a new rsaturant last week that said the chef had managed to fuse some things that worked very well without the silliness that fusion can yield.
It seems hit or miss, I prefer naturally occuring fusion or melding of cuisines that happens over time.
Mixtures of culture such as French Cambodian really work well if the chef is good.
Don't know anytrhing about paper boxes, only that the Chinese joints will use them until a cheaper/'better alternative comes along.
