Consult Wentzels Menu Maker. Large quantity, institutional type recipes. I'm pretty sure that quite a few use commodity type foods.
And who says you can't BBQ canned, cooked chicken? There is nothing you couldn't kill with a good soaking of Cattlemans. (just kidding)
