Hi Tom,
Yeh its 30-40 minutes depending on traffic from Cow Hampshire ;)
Come down I93 , just before downtown take the storrow drive exit on the right, follow storrow drive.
about 2-3 miles take the Kenmore square/Brookline exit on the left , take a right after the exit onto Beacon st.
Follow Beacon 2 miles (through Kenmore square)to Brookline, when you see Welcome to Brookline we are directly opposite the sign on the other side of Beacon (across the Trolley tracks.)
PS, bring spatula.
