Currently operating a 360 seat upscale wilderness concept. Using more game than expected. Elk, Cervena, etc. etc. now buying from Colorado mountain game company. Not real happy with their quality consistency. Opening 2 more units soon and am looking for another larger source. Please send any you are aware of. Thanks
