I know that this may be a stretch of this forums subject, but I'm having a hard time finding the info that I am looking for. Perhaps someone here may be able to help me. My husband and I are considering getting into the business of food concessions for fairs, carnivals and such. We are having trouble finding people to talk to that are doing this. At fairs, they are too busy to talk to, and maybe it is the thought of the competition that does not make people very approachable, I don't know. However, what I am seeking is either someone that has worked in this area, or a suggestion of an appropriate web site or forum in which to discuss this topic. We are more interested in a single food operation, as opposed to a food trailer set up to make many items. Any help would truly be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Marti
