food service providers, I am looking for published or at
least a source for obtaining guidelines or regulations for
handling food service facilities in regards to equipment,
safety issues & policies, health and cleanliness.

Contact the Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation
or the Health Department and get a copy of the current Food
Code, It will contain all the saftey and sanitation rules
and regulations you could ever want.
