My wife and I just ordered Lustre Craft at a Home show in
Raleigh. It is sold by West Bend. Their customer service number
is listed on our order form as (352) 735-2850. This number is in
Mt. Dora, Florida. The cookware is quite expensive, but has a
lifetime warranty.
