I have been asked to be a consultant in the layout and design of a new resturaunt kitchen.I have a strong background in catering and in the back of the house of resturaunts.Can anyone give me some advice on what I should charge as a consulting fee? I am looking forward to trying something new and I feel confident that I can do this job, I just need it to be very worth my time and trouble.
