I work in a small restaurant (I'm the only cook)! The
owner does not allow any seasoning in the food that's
prepared...I'm mainly talking about salt and pepper!
This drives me nuts because I know the full flavor of
anything isn't achieved until seasoned properly....she
says that we have to many guests that are older and on
salt restricted diets...oh well, I'm looking at the ACF
apprenticeship program anyway...gotsta get outta that
kitchen!
