There is no fed dept of fish inspectors, some states do something but its probably more on the line of checking refigeration and content of catch.

What if a chef grows his or her own vegetables?
I don't think its a battle worth waging, first and foremost its a business, raising ethics is misplaced.
The Clinton admin talked about establishing an inspection dept, another 60 fed jobs sucking money out of independant businesses.
The feds employ a colossal number of employees, hundreds of thousands who add nothing but bloat and expense.
The average employee sees 3 or 4 taxes in their paycheck, I pay 18 (last count).
I'm biased but prefer to try to be pragmatic, its not worth fighting this battle over fish.
