The light symtoms were: headache, rash, dizziness, heart rapidly beating.
The older I got, the worst my reactions became: throat closes-rush
to hospital,drop in blood pressure-stop breathing. Been there-done it.
I can't even handle foods that contain MSG. I now carry an neeldle for "just in case".
This is serious and you can die.
Foods to beware of:
packaged mixes: sauces, gravy, packaged pasta, crackers, flavoured potato chips, dips,
Chineese food, Most 1 and 2 star eateries use MSG because it enhances the flavour.
READ THE LABLE AND KEEP A RECORD OF CONSUMED PRE-PACKAGED FOOD STUFF.
