I smile to my self when i think of how many times Zachary would turn his back to me when he was adding something special to the pate or when John-Paul would only smile when I asked a question about his duck sauce but I kept at it.
Then one day Zachary called me over and we made pate together and John-Paul had me do the duck for service one night instructing me on the sauce.
Give out recipes readily, but don't cast pearls before swine.
