I'm finishing up school at SCI in October and I'm interested in doing an externship in France at a starred restaurant. I'm learning French and I've worked with famous french chefs in Phoenix. I'm wondering if anyone has any contacts in France or has worked overseas and can tell me what it's like or what to expect. I have 4 years experience in restaurants and I'm very diciplined when it comes to my job. Any help would be greatly appreciated
