: I am looking for a method to grill fish and some meats in my restaurant that will give them a wood flovor. Can't swing or find enough space for the regular wood burning grills and am looking into a " Jade Chitwood Smoker Grill" Has anyone used this grill or do you have any leads on other grills that you know do an excellent job on wood flavor? Thanks.

Earl, if you have a brassiere or flat-top, try a Cameron's Smoker. In stainless, it runs about $50. You put it on your top and fill it with sawdust. Drip pan goes over wood. Lid goes on top. Smoking sawdust flavors food. I do 3 fresh trout in 15 minutes or pork chops or salmon steaks or a nice white fish... If you're going to do volume all at once, not the way to go,,,but if you are going by order..yes. Buy a couple and you won't have to retrofit you''re kitchen.
