I have spoken with many restaurant owners on the net that say they perfer, if not require
a degree in the culinary arts. In addition, I believe that anyone
can be trained as long as they are a good listener and have a
desire to learn. I personally have a passion for knowledge and
have respect for those with expierence. What do you think?
