I am a 29 yeear old college graduate looking for a career change by fulfilling a lifelong dream: to be a chef of my own place, catering, someone else's hotel, restaurant, catering etc. I have no experience working in food services but have a strong desire to be a chef. Should I start washing dishes in a local establishment or shoould I go right in to cooking school? Any answers will be appreciated. Thank you.
