I agree with Sue you don't want a review panel, you just have decide whether its pro or amateur work and then decide whether to catagorize it. Whether someone is doing it correctly or not?
its a case of heres what I did and this is how I do it, the idea of a picture is "this is it."
As far as I know there isn't anywhere on the web you can look at real pro work, alot of wedding cakes with plastic columns though.
Scanners are real cheap now.!
