:Gerard good to have you back,how was your trip. have you ever used decor sponge in your cake decorating. just got some new silpats and stencils at work from JB prince. their fairly easy to use and the sponge looks cool. you can use cocao and also colors. went shopping for twenty quart mixers, their expensive 1500 dollars used , but freind told me to shop around.
