Hi Tim,

It certainly is possible to make a living at being a Personal Chef! Each steady client can be worth $10,000 over the course of a year.

The basic plan is this (and there can be minor variations to the theme): You decide with the client which 5 entrees you are going to make, you decide when you will cook it, you get the groceries, you show up at their house with your equipment and you spend the day cooking. When you have finished you package everything for the fridge or freezer, clean up and go home. The client decides what they are going to eat and when they will eat it. All they have do to is thaw and reheat. It is that easy!

It is not just for the rich, I can tell you that! People are too busy to cook these days, but are getting hammered all the time about eating healthy. Having a Personal Chef cook for you is cost effective: better food than a restaurant, more healthy ingredients, no standing in the grocery store lines, don't have to come home from a 10 hour day and spend an hour or two putting together a meal.
