Im new Culinary instructor looking at my courses and making some decsions on my objectives just curious how others do things.Also would like to know what resources are out there especially in the area of media to enhance my presentations. Or advice u can give me on what works or doesnt work.I teach Baking,Cake decorating,Meat Id,Fish, Menu Planning,Wine Apprecation,and Hot Foods
