Well here is another one for you-
I have a first year Culinary Student that was the sous chef at 200 seat North Shore LI Restaurant, the chef quit with no notice, now he(the student) is the the Chef. (he uses the term Executive Chef, but he's actually a Working Chef (not certified))

Life is stranger than fiction.

BTW he is a strong student with previous experience in the business but this seems a bit much.

Now lets see how he does on his Computer Applications for Culinary Arts final next Monday. ;<)
