I have interns come and train with me about 4 times a year. I probably would not take them on if they had not already had some experience. I would however, take someone on as a trainee/intern if they can show me that they want to learn and have a creative mind and high energy. Cooking is an art. It must come from the soul, however. good training is very important. There are many ways to be trained. Its all about opportunity. Have fun with your report. Chef Leanne
