I am currently an undergraduate student in a major university
in the south. I am also working in a local restaurant.
In any case, I am searching for any sources of information
on the advantages of attending culinary school vs. on
the job training. I realize that most information is very opinionated
and I am looking for this information in order to help
me write a research paper on that subject. Any article,
book, internet site, or absolutely anything will help.
