tell me people what it is like to spend all day using up a big percentage of angredient and labor allotment from a house and still only add $5.00 per person on the tab ?? much ado about nothing ..owners think more of a salad or a lowly dish of sauteed mushrooms or a nice ala carte salad as they go on the check first and are a cinch sale. then when guests have dined sell them a nice cognac that generates mors profit from an item in stock and takes seconds to prepare..the best chocolate a house can serve is a shot of VANRERMINT sans pastryperson !!!!
