: tell me people what it is like to spend all day using up a big percentage of angredient and labor allotment from a house and still only add $5.00 per person on the tab ?? much ado about nothing ..owners think more of a salad or a lowly dish of sauteed mushrooms or a nice ala carte salad as they go on the check first and are a cinch sale. then when guests have dined sell them a nice cognac that generates mors profit from an item in stock and takes seconds to prepare..the best chocolate a house can serve is a shot of VANRERMINT sans pastryperson !!!!

That's some spirit(s) you got there, rwh! However, you ought to know:

1) Can't sell booze to Baptists, bubba. (Not legal booze, anyway ... )
2) It's spelled VANDERMINT, not VANRERMINT. And it does not -- and never will -- compare to a good European chocolate or pastry.
3) Some establishments actually specialize in dessert. Next time that you're in Atlanta, check out The Dessert Place ... if you can get in for the crowds.
4) We were discussing people who love their work and aspire to their highest potential. Doesn't appear to be anyone that you know, so don't worry about it.

Have a nice day!
Susan
