: I have to look up on my notes. I will get back to you but.Personally I like this way:Season with salt and black pepper, dredge thru flour and saute in butter until golden brown. Place in a 350 degree oven until done. Finish up with lemon juice, capers.

what ever happened to cooking dover sole en toto boning at table and offering the guest all he paid for?? sauce admirale much better !!
