I've seen it under a few names, death by choc sounds similar.
We first heard about it from NY, made by 2 women called Trianon and a friend concocted a recipe from that which we called original sin. For xmas I mix marron paste 50% into it and baked in a water bath, its more like truffle. I gotta do something to get away from the darn logs, spent at least 10 solid hours to make 24 which sold out in a flash.
Where are you now, did you go after a job in NYC ?
