:Hi Gerard merry x-mas,Im at the university of Iowa student union as a baker I. The money is lot better and health bennies are free. Went to NYC for job interview at a top french restaurant but could not afford to move out at that time. Im going to stay on for one or to years, then move out to a coast getting land lock here in the corn belt. I know how those logs can be one of our bakers did six for catering beutiful work but they took a long time. I had to do 2000 lemon rosemary custard cakes over a four day period, they were for a madrigal dinner theatre. hay man I will have to come to boston and visit. Im hoping to go to the pastry alliance convention in march 98 in NYC, I will try and make it up there then take it easy, pastry forever! P.S susan exscuse my writing I guess im a baker not a writer merry x-mas happy new year
