Actually theres quite a few supply houses on
canal st NYC,I stumbled across a listing on one
of the pastry sites,I think it was pastry world.
Lamalle kitchenware has an online store but I think its
still under construction but pastry world lists all phone numbers.
Pro tools can be quite expensive too, but they do work instead of the
gadgets most home cooks get sold. My vote for worst gadget ever is
garlic presses, they mash and squeeze all the oil out so you end
up with flavorless mush.
They take 3 times longer to clean than doing by hand.!
