Wisconsin is frozen custard heaven.There is a stand on every corner[used to be a tavern].It is just a regional difference.They serve chocolate,vanilla and then some kind of sexy flavor like mango ginger or chocolate cherry.The very basic
mixture is bought from Golden Guernsey adairy company out of Waukesha,Wis. I beleive.This is fabulous stuff,not junk.You add the flavours.This is so big inWI that the shops issue schedules so you will know what flavours will be offered on each day of the month.Find someone from there and ask for advise.I am from WI but now live inWDC and long to open a stand myself.Keep me posted.
Don't even think about using raw eggs in this way.I use some raw eggs in some of my produces but keeping it churning all day sounds very dicey.
