Thank you, Robert, for your insight to these knives. I am not familiar with Globals, but I will look into them. I really don't mind paying a higher price for knives as long as they are good quality. I consider them an investment and hopefully, they'll last a lifetime. Is the tri-stone an electric sharpener? Also, where could I purchase such an item? Thank you!
