: I have been looking into the personal chef thing also. It sounds like a great way to make a start in your own biz. In my serch I have also found the American Personal Chef Instutite on line. There package deal is much cheeper than the other one from USPCA. I have the same feeling that beeing a chef with experance and the drive to work for my self is all I need but the experance from others is always a comfort when there mistakes can teach you and not affect your biz. The key words on the serch will be used tonite to get more info, to much is never enough.

: Biker Chef-have recently purchased training package from apci. it was somewhat helpful but incomplete and not necessarily worth the $$$. However, i'm glad i purchased it because it motivated me and gave me more confidence. I'd like to sell mine if you're interested for half of what I paid. email me if interested.
