Glad to hear that a beautiful princess being held hostage at the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) was able to rescue you from the Silly Service's lemming brigade. (One honorable bureaucrat can help resolve a whole bunch of the human misery caused by all the others, who're just waiting for someone to offer them a bonus to take early retirement.) And she also saved me from having to bug my local registered dietician.
So why were you out looking for minimum/maximum standards for butterfat content?
